Stevens E. Morse enlisted in Civil War in Co. C, 11th Me. Vol. Regt. Inf., being enrolled July 17, 1863; and was discharged at Augusta, Me., Sept. 18, 1865.

Bennett Morse enlisted in battery E, 1st. Me. Regt., Light Vol. Artillery, enrolled Sept. 25, 1861; was discharged Jan. 4, 1864, when he re-enlisted as a veteran volunteer. He served in twenty-one engagements, and was finally discharged at Augusta, Me., July 6, 1865.

Ira Morse was the brother of Amos Morse

Alpheus C 6/17/1831-5/2/1903 m Hannah Kimball, lived in Oxford, next to Cyrus Wardwell place, had children, Pearl, who m ___ Kimball, and Alpheus who is in the Insane Hospital at Augusta.
